Roof 1 completed a new construction project on Lake Conroe, December 2022. Even with new construction we always use superior materials. Ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, 6 nails per shingle, cobra ridge vent III, pro-started and 2" drip edge.
What a transformation! Roof 1 had the opportunity to re-do a 40 year old tile roofing system. First we had to carefully remove the tiles. Second we re-decked the entire house in OSB decking with tech shield. Added a 20X20 rear patio kitchen area by the pool. Thirdly we installed a GAF HDZ High Def roofing system with High Profile hips and ridges. It turned out amazing and we absolutely loved the challenge and complex job. The harder the BETTER!
