We communicate with you as to the time of arrival to put up the dogs up or move cars
Remove the old shingles down to the decking
Place trailer on drive-way and walk shingles to front of roof and throw in trailer
Check for any rotten wood, replace FOR FREE if found rotten
Remove the old nails from roof
Remove the old valley metal
Replace valley metal with NEW upgraded GAF stormguard in valley (self sealing the nails)
Replace the underlayment felt or rhino roof underlayment (extra charges may apply for rhino roof underlayment)
Add GAF pro-starter strip to the eaves and gables (to prevent blow off)
Start at bottom and shingle up to the ridge
Install with 6 nails per shingle for extra wind protection (The manufacturer only requires 4, Roof 1 does 6)
Replace all pipe jacks with brand new
Add cobra ridge vents to remove hot trapped air in attic (lower attic temps by 10-15 degrees, extra charges may apply)
Seal and caulk all exposed nails and Roof Penetration
Paint all roofing heater stacks, pipe jack to match roof color.
Clean entire yard for all nails and trash (use a rolling magnet for the yard and hand magnet for flower beds)
MAKE SURE ALL NAILS ARE PICKED UP FOR THOSE LITTLE KIDS (we get 95% of nails but sometimes in the down spouts after a rain you will find a few at the outlet of the gutter)
